Are you ready to Run or Dye, Sacramento?
The world's most colorful 5K is coming to McClellan Park in Sacramento on March 16th, 2013, with start waves at 9:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.
This Sacramento fun run is for everyone who wants to live life in full color. Spots are filling up fast, so be sure to register now!PACKET PICK-UP AND RACE-DAY INFO
In addition, parking will be super limited on race day, so take public transit, have someone drop you off, or if you absolutely MUST drive, make it a point to get at least four to a car. You may have to park away from the venue and walk a bit.

HOW DOES RUN OR DYE WORK?
Regardless of your actual age or fitness level, Run or Dye was created for you. When you participate in our Sacramento area 5K, you'll get blasted with safe, eco-friendly, powdered dye...turning you into a technicolor canvass of fun! (Need to know more? Have a look at our FAQs!)
RULES TO DYE BY:
1. Don't Worry, Dye Happy! No matter who you are, Run or Dye is for you. Whether you're 7 or 70...a hardcore runner or a hardcore couch potato...an extravert or a bit on the shy side...Run or Dye is all about living life in full color! Join us!
2. You Are Your Own Canvass. Wear whatever suits your fancy. Dress in white to show off all the color, or don a crazy outfit -- that old prom dress or those footie pajamas. Whatever you wear, you'll look incredible when our Color Crew is done with you!
3. Tell Friends And Family! Remember: friends don't let friends dye alone! Tell everyone you know to join the funnest fun run that's ever come to Sacramento!

Each one of our 4 routes is assigned a different color. The pink route, the blue, the green and the purple route, yada yada. The START and FINISH line for every route is right in the center of the Dye Zone! You'll walk, run or skip each route and then return through the finish line into a cloud of delicious color - rendering you as beautiful as you started, but a lot more colorful. Our dyes are safe to eat, mix in water and drink, or use as shampoo (a common occurance at Run or Dye) - but the number 1 recommended activity is THROW IT AT YOUR FRIENDS!
