1. Don't Worry, Dye Happy! Run or Dye is for everyone. Whether you're a marathon runner or a chronic couch potato...7 or 70...a butcher, a baker, or a candlestick maker...Run or Dye is all about living life in full color just the way you are! Join us!
2. You Are Your Own Canvass. Wear whatever you want: all white to show off the color or a crazy costume -- maybe some '80's leg warmers or an old thrift store tux. Whatever you wear, you'll look amazing when our Color Crew is done with you!
3. Tell Your Friends! Remember: friends don't let friends dye alone! So bring all your friends and enjoy the funnest fun run that's ever hit the Los Angeles area!

VOLUNTEERS
Thank you for your interest in volunteering for Los Angeles. We are all filled up for LA, but if you would like another opportunity to volunteer, we have other races happening in California throughout the rest of the year.
