The world's most colorful 5K is coming to Red River Valley Fair on June 29th, 2013 at 9:00 a.m.
Fargo's about to get color-blasted with the funnest fun run of all -- a spectacular celebration of life, friendship, fitness, and fun that leaves you looking fantastic.

Are you ready to race the rainbow? At Run or Dye, you get showered with safe, eco-friendly, powdered dye all throughout the 5K course...turning you into a technicolor canvass of fun! (Want to know more? Check out our FAQs!)RULES TO DYE BY:
1. Don't Worry, Dye Happy! Run or Dye Fargo is about one thing and one thing only: living life in full color. So come as you are! A regular runner? Welcome! A recovering couch potato? Join us! Whoever you are, you'll love Run or Dye!
2. You Are Your Own Canvas. Our Color Crew is specially trained to administer Random Acts of Color, so you'll look fantastic no matter what you're wearing. Whatever you wear -- from light-colored clothing to show off all the color to crazy costumes -- you'll look amazing by the time you're done partying in the Dye Zone!
3. Spread the Word. Remember: friends don't let friends dye alone! Let everyone know that you're getting set to Run or Dye...and invite them to join the party of a lifetime.

The YMCA of Cass and Clay Counties is partnering with us for this great event! Part of the proceeds will be benefiting their cancer survivor wellness program. This free 12 week wellness program helps cancer survivors regain strength and self-confidence.
